Trainers/Lesson Providers

Policies

AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2008

          All Trainers/Lesson providers are required to sign the log-in sheet      before each training/lesson session.

          All Trainers/Lesson providers are subject to pay a percentage of all   total   monies earned per training/lesson session.  (Prior arrangements must be made on or before December 1, 2008 with PMP’s manager).

          All Trainers/Lesson providers are required to have proof of a    current Certificate of Liability Insurance.

          Any injuries/accidents must be reported and an incident report form completed within 24 hours for each occurrence.  PMP’s ranch manger must be contacted immediately @ 650/303-9940.

          All Trainers/Lesson providers are to read and follow PMP’s ranch       and arena policies.

          PMP’s has the right to terminate Trainers/Lesson providers’       privileges from PMP at anytime for any reason.
